The journey begins with departure from Howrah Railway Station by train towards Kalka or Chandigarh. Passengers assemble at the station as per train schedule and board the train for an overnight journey.
The entire day is spent traveling by train. Enjoy meals on board or at station halts while passing through changing landscapes. Overnight journey continues towards Kalka or Chandigarh.
Arrival at Kalka or Chandigarh in the morning. After freshening up, proceed by traveller vehicle towards Shimla, the capital city of Himachal Pradesh. En route, enjoy scenic mountain views and pine forests. After arrival in Shimla, lunch will be taken followed by hotel check in. In the evening, visit Shimla Mall Road, The Ridge, and Kalibari Temple. Free time for shopping and leisure. Overnight stay at Shimla.
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and begin the long but scenic drive towards Sangla Valley. Lunch will be taken at a suitable restaurant en route. On the way, visit Reckong Peo, the old capital of Himachal Pradesh, known for its stunning views of the Kinner Kailash range. Continue the journey along the Baspa River and reach Sangla by evening. Check in at the hotel and relax. Overnight stay at Sangla.
After breakfast, proceed for a full-day excursion to Chitkul, the last inhabited village near the Indo–China border. Visit Rakcham Village, enjoy the scenic beauty of the Baspa River, apple orchards, wooden houses, and snow-capped peaks. Explore Chitkul village, local temples, and riverside viewpoints. After sightseeing, return to Sangla by evening. Overnight stay at Sangla.
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and depart for Kalpa. Lunch will be taken on the way. Upon arrival, check in at the hotel. In the afternoon, visit the local Buddhist monastery and nearby village areas. Enjoy breathtaking views of Mount Kailash and the Kinner Kailash range during sunset. Overnight stay at Kalpa.
After breakfast, proceed for local sightseeing around Kalpa. Visit Golden Apple orchards, Rogi Village, and nearby high-altitude viewpoints close to the Indo–China border area. Experience local culture and traditional Kinnauri lifestyle. Return to the hotel by evening. Overnight stay at Kalpa.
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed towards Sarahan, known as the gateway to Kinnaur. Lunch will be taken en route. Upon arrival, check in at the hotel. In the evening, walk to the famous Bhimakali Temple, one of the 51 Shakti Peeths, and explore the temple complex and surrounding views. Overnight stay at Sarahan.
After breakfast, enjoy local sightseeing in Sarahan by walk. Visit nearby village areas, viewpoints, and gardens. Spend time appreciating the peaceful Himalayan surroundings and traditional architecture. Rest of the day is free for leisure. Overnight stay at Sarahan.
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and begin the return journey by road to Kalka or Chandigarh. Upon arrival, board the train for the onward journey to Howrah. Overnight train journey.
